  Designed by landscape designer and CA native plant enthusiast, Laura Bauer. All downspout rainwater from the front half of the house is directed into a curving swale in the front yard. A low, wood fence and boardwalk adds structure to a mix of colorful shrubs, perennials and bulbs. The garden contains a small collection of Santa Barbara Channel Island endemics.
