  The Isla Vista Surfrider Chapter did their first Ocean Friendly Gardens at the Manley Housing Co-operative, which serves the Univ. of CA at Santa Barbara. The Chapter hired landscape designer Lisa Holzman James, and got help from both the Co-op residents and the Santa Barbara Surfrider Chapters.
