Asbury Park Rain Garden

  This is the Asbury Park Rain Garden in front of the transportation center on the corner of Main Street and Springwood. Two curb cuts divert water from the street into the rain garden where native plants purify the water as it evaporates and infiltrates into the ground water. This water would otherwise flow directly through the storm drains into Wesley Lake which already has serious water quality concerns.
