  The owners attended an OFG Watershed Basics Class and several Hands-On Workshops before embarking on their own retrofit. The City sponsored a Hands-On Workshop on Site Evaluation at the site. Surfrider-South Bay Chapter worked with the owners, their extended family and volunteers at an OFG Workday to retrofit the site.
