  This site experienced "run on:" sitting at the low part of the street, the site flooded during rainstorms. Advised to install a sump pump and pump the water into the street and storm drain, the owners instead chose to utilize the rainwater as a resource. The OFG was partially installed through a Hands-On Workshop led by G3/The Green Gardens Group (www.greengardensgroup.com).
